FriendFinder Network is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our social
media presence with a strong focus on paid advertising performance.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience with Facebook Ads Manager – you should be highly proficient
  in campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, and performance
  analysis
• Experience with other advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is
  a plus
• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
• Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Copywriting skills for ad creative and organic content a plus
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• College Degree Preferred or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms
• Manage monthly advertising budgets and report on campaign performance
• Create engaging content for organic social media posts
• Monitor trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports

• Full-time position and remote work position. Must have home office in place.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and comfortable with Adult Content

Salary Range: $75,000- $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
