Overview

FriendFinder Network is looking for a skilled and talented Marketing Manager to help to lead
our Marketing initiatives. FriendFinder Networks (FFN) is a leading internet company
specializing in online dating, adult entertainment, and social networking services. Founded in
1996, FFN has developed a diverse portfolio of websites catering to various interests and
communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel traffic strategies across paid and organic channels
• Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, and
  A/B testing
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on traffic, funnels, and email
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
• Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or in a related field like Business or Communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing attribution modeling
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot

Salary Range is $125,000 to $140,000
