FriendFinder Networks is looking for a talented Front End Web Developer who will become a key member of an agile team to design, implement, and test highly scalable and reliable web sites that are seen and used by millions of people every day all over the world. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Deliver highly interactive and visually engaging front end code using React framework and related set of tools and libraries
  • Implement secure and standards-compliant pages from design mockups
  • Work with agile cross-functional teams providing guidance on user interface design and
  • implementation
  • Test code across platforms and browsers
  • Document all your work and communicate issues when they arise
  • Assist troubleshooting production issues

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years minimum experience with React framework
  • 1 years of front-end development experience
  • Strong experience in TypeScript, SCSS, HTML5
  • Experience debugging distributed systems
  • Experience developing social networking sites
  • You must be able to work 10:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time regardless of where you live
  • You must be comfortable with adult content
  • You must be at least 21 years old

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

  • Expert proficiency in Javascript, Next.js and MobX
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Familiar with any or all of the following: Kubernetes, Web services, RDB MSSQL, SEO, graphic design UI
  • Familiar with cross-platform and cross-browser issues, secure web standards and best practices

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new tasks outside immediate range of skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Deadline oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Team-player, positive attitude, and flexible
  • Comfortable working independently and as a member of a cross functional team
  • Have a high degree of honesty and integrity

Salary Range DOE: $100,000 to $120,000
