CORPORATE COMPLIANCE MANAGER

  • The Corporate Compliance Manager must live in the United States and must be authorized to work in the United States
  • This is a full-time job as a FriendFinder Networks employee. This is not a C2C, 1099, or Contract to Hire.

WHAT WE WANT

The Corporate Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with all regulatory requirements related to customer identification, due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) policies. This role involves thorough analysis and verification of customer and business profiles, identification of high-risk factors, and implementing compliance measures to minimize legal and financial risks and will review and approve payouts in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD):
    • Conduct thorough KYC and KYB checks on all new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Perform risk assessments on individual and business accounts based on factors like geographical location, industry type, and transaction history
    • Verify customer and business identities through documentation, third-party databases, and other relevant tools.
    • Ensure the legitimacy of documents and information provided, and identify any discrepancies or red flags.
  • Transaction Monitoring:
    • Oversee the monitoring of client transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activities that may indicate money laundering or fraudulent behavior.
    • Escalate potential red flags to the compliance and risk management teams for further investigation.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization’s KYC/KYB policies and procedures.
    • Conduct training for staff on KYC/KYB compliance, AML/CTF regulations, and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:
    • Manage and file required regulatory reports, including SARs
    • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies
    • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments
    • Oversee compliance monitoring systems and tools
    • Develop and maintain compliance documentation
    • Lead periodic compliance program reviews

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • BA/BS degree or direct and relevant experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in KYC/KYB compliance, AML, or a similar regulatory role.
  • Experience with content moderation compliance and age verification requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and OFAC requirements
  • Experience with regulatory reporting

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

  • Expertise with all aspects of contract management
  • Ability to communication across all departments, executives, and all levels of management
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work on multiple projects to support the Company and its executive management team and consistently meet deadlines with high-quality work product
  • Ability to work on highly confidential projects regarding the business strategy of the Company
  • CAMS certification (as a preferred qualification)

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 D.O.E.
