About Friend Finder Networks

Friend Finder Networks (FFN) is a pioneer in online dating and social networking, founded in 1994. Our
flagship platforms include AdultFriendFinder.com, Passion.com, Alt.com, and Cams.com—serving
millions of members worldwide who seek authentic adult connections.
Our mission is straightforward: we ignite the passion, joy, and excitement of being an adult. Unlike
typical tech companies driven by Wall Street, we prioritize member experience over profit maximization.
We operate at the intersection of social networking, dating platforms, live video entertainment, and
adult content—industries that require unique expertise, regulatory knowledge, and cultural
understanding.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the strategic operational backbone of FFN.
This role is critical: you will partner with leadership to transform strategic vision into execution, bringing
MBA-level business acumen, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to a rapidly evolving
digital business.
Our current leadership has strong technical and product expertise. We need a complementary leader

remote team across dating platforms, live cam operations, and content networks. You must be
comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry, navigating complex compliance requirements,
and managing fast-moving digital products with millions of users.

a build-and-scale opportunity where you will construct operational infrastructure, define processes,

You will work closely with company leadership to bring structure, financial discipline, compliance rigor,
and executional excellence to strategic objectives. The role requires someone who can balance
operational excellence with the entrepreneurial spirit of a company that pioneered online dating.
If you have an MBA mindset, a passion for operational efficiency, and the courage to work in an industry
that mainstream tech often ignores—this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
At FriendFinder, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels
valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. We actively seek out talent from
diverse backgrounds to drive innovation and create a dynamic work environment. Our commitment to

of their identity. We believe that embracing diversity is key to our success and are committed to
creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and supported.

age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information,
disability, veteran status, or any other applicable status protected by state or local law.
