Paul Asher - Vice President, Operations; Corporate Secretary
Mr. Asher serves as Vice President, Operations and is Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Asher served in various roles at Globix Corporation, a New York-based Internet hosting company. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Asher supervised enterprise-wide projects involving construction and facilities management, IT, legal and policies and procedures, as well as serving as the company's Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Asher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
