Joshua R. Bressler has served as the Company’s General Counsel since March 2005. Mr. Bressler oversees the Company’s dynamic and diverse legal matters, including the Company’s corporate acquisitions; its licensing, protection, use and enforcement of its internationally-renowned PENTHOUSE trademarks and its extensive entertainment libraries; its production and distribution of premier adult entertainment; and its litigation and dispute resolution matters. Professionalism, pragmatic problem solving, precision, proactivity and vigilant cost management have become hallmarks of the Company’s Legal Group under his leadership.

Previously, he was Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, overseeing intellectual property and technology transactional matters for the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance practice groups. He has also been associated with Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he began and grew the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group, and with Kenyon & Kenyon, one of the country’s most respected intellectual property law firms.

Mr. Bressler has extensive experience in a broad array of corporate, transactional, litigation, operations, intellectual property and technology matters. He has advised clients concerning their mergers, acquisitions, commercial lending facilities, securities offerings, venture capital investments, real estate leases, employment policies, and other transactions. He has also negotiated and prepared development, licensing and acquisition agreements for computer software and other technologies; intellectual property and Internet domain name acquisition agreements; book publishing agreements; music publishing agreements; consulting agreements; and agreements for employees and independent contractors.

Mr. Bressler earned his law degree at New York University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1992). He earned his Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering undergraduate degree at Duke University (B.S.E., cum laude, 1989).

Mr. Bressler has lectured periodically on intellectual property, technology and related e-commerce matters. He has served as Co-chairperson of the New York State Bar Association Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section’s Rights of Privacy, Publicity and the Media Subcommittee.

Mr. Bressler is licensed to practice law only in the State of New York and is designated Authorized House Counsel for FriendFinder Networks Inc. and its subsidiaries in the State of Florida.
